Indoor Kiosks

Put a kiosk where the questions are.

Which floor? What time? Where's the restroom? Cool Pony indoor touch kiosks put directions, information, and interactive content where people need an answer. The kiosk is quite happy to explain it again.

Start with the visitor

The front desk
can't be everywhere.

Your visitor walks in with a question. Where's radiology? What time does it start? Is this the right building? Put the answer right where they're standing, and the question never has to reach your front desk.

Everything on the screen is built around what your people actually come in asking. The first-timer with five minutes and a meeting on the third floor taps once, gets the answer, and walks off feeling like your building was expecting them.

💬
Answer first
Put directions, check-in, menus, event details, or product information within easy reach. Your visitor came over for a reason. Let's deal with that first.
02
🗓
Change it from your desk
Use cloud-based content management to update one kiosk or a network. Local USB updates are available when they suit the site.
03
🖐
Let the schedule handle it
Prepare content ahead of time and rotate it around hours, events, and promotions. Tomorrow's message can be handled while someone is thinking about it today.
04
👥
Give people ways to interact
Big, obvious buttons for the person in a hurry. Maps that pan and zoom for the person who wants to explore. A screen that stays legible from a wheelchair or over a stroller. Everyone gets an answer their way.
05
📐
Fit the space
Choose from 43 to 85 inches and single- or double-sided configurations. Big enough to be the first thing your visitors see. Slim enough that your lobby still looks like a lobby. Two-sided when the answer needs to face both doors.

Not every question gets asked standing up

Some answers are worth
sitting down for.

A lobby. A lounge. A waiting room where the next ten minutes belong to no one. Put the map, the menu, and the schedule at coffee-table height and the wait turns into a browse — and the thing they didn't know to ask about is the thing they find.

What can it help with?

Give your visitor
a useful first tap.

Somebody's about to ask where the restroom is

What do
people keep asking?

Tell us the questions your team answers all day, who asks them, and where. We'll help you plan the kiosk around those answers. What it says is up to you. You probably know the first three by heart.
